When it gets sticky, try milk with pak choi and banana. Mix well. Add some lemon. You´ll feel the soothing grind of gravity down your throat and be grounded in accord with nature, earth and the good life at large.
Pak choi is available at groceries and stores with products from Asia. There are many varieties of pak choi. I use the large ones with the green leafs.
